The 2011 Thorevilos is surprisingly open and expressive today, which just makes it all the more pleasurable to taste. Grilled herbs, cedar, tobacco, cloves and licorice add dimensions of nuance to a dark, sumptuous wine endowed with striking balance and pure class.- Antonio Galloni (12/2014)
