Condition: Three separate tastings suggested an exceptionally powerful, tannic, ""St.-Estephe-like"" Margaux, with a black/purple color, masses of Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated fruit, mouthsearing tannin, but enormous weight, structure, and ripeness. This wine is undoubtedly a sleeper of the vintage. However, it will require significant cellaring. Anticipated maturity: 2006-2025. Last tasted 3/97 RP
