2005 Boillot, Henri Puligny Montrachet Clos de la Mouchere Blanc
Condition:
(these very old vines produced 38 hectoliters per hectare in 2005) Malic aroma of spiced apple. Then wonderfully tactile and sweet in the mouth, with an apricotty ripeness verging on exotic. And yet this conveys an impression of great solidity without any heaviness. This has 4.5 grams of acidity and 13.7% alcohol. Should be a knockout. ST
