Condition: (tasted from tank) Good saturated deep red. Liqueur-like aromas of dark raspberry and chocolate. Silky and suave in the mouth, with thick black cherry liqueur and mineral flavors. Boasts terrific palate-coating texture and outstanding volume. Like a syrup of pinot noir, wonderfully consistent from start to long finish. As round as this is, there's also plenty of vinosity. ST
