Delicate aromas of pear, flowers and minerals, with a note of vanilla that carries through to the finish. Juicy, pure and minerally, with brisk acidity contributing to an impression of youthful hardness. Not rich but penetrating. This wine is virtually always the quickest to develop among my premier crus, notes Boudot. ST
