Very crisp, spicy, intense and nervous with a presently lean, somewhat angular flavor profile and only moderate amounts of buffering fat. There is extremely racy acidity and this will not be for everyone, even after it fills out and settles down as the combination of slightly green acidity, intense minerality and lean mid-palate will undoubtedly cause some to think it is too edgy.
