2003 Long Depaquit Chablis Vaudesirs
Condition:
What was once a trace of oak last year is now a very generously oaked nose with nose of vanilla and anise that presently fight somewhat with the very ripe orchard fruit aromas and sappy, precise and mineral-driven flavors that display better integration of the acidity on the moderately long finish. This is much like the Blanchots in that it's not really my style but the concentration and overall power and length are impressive. BH
