2004 Long Depaquit Chablis Blanchots
Condition:
Discreet notes of pain grillé frame noticeably ripe white and yellow fruit aromas and textured, almost chewy full-bodied flavors that are rich, round and sweet and culminate in stony and vibrant finish. This does a slow build from the mid-palate on back and despite the impressive intensity, this remains elegant and refined in every aspect. Lovely stuff. BH
